My Spain/Portugal eSIM failed to activate at home in the US before departure. Got to Spain and contacted support via Whatsapp messaging (they do not accept calls). Exchanged messages several times and made sure all my settings were correct. Still no remedy. Support is based in country code 84, Vietnam. When I asked for a refund, they refused with all kinds of excuses. Do not waste your money with this company. I got another eSIM working with another company.
